Terms & Conditions
• Yard signs are to be kept in place once set up and not to be moved.
• If you are booking for a location that is not your home, please inform someone in that residence or business that Yard Signs Ballantyne will be setting up and returning within 24 hours to pick up.
• Damaged or lost signs may be charged to the customer.
• During summer months, please water your yard at least 24 hours in advance to soften the ground.
• For your safety, we ask that no one run/play around the signs. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur from our signs.
• We are not responsible for any damage to your property.
• Please help us share in the celebration by taking pictures and tagging us in your post on Facebook (Yard Signs Ballantyne) and Instagram (@yardsignsballantyne).
• And most importantly, enjoy your Yard Signs Ballantyne message and share it with your friends!
Refund/Cancellation Policy
• Sign Cancellation within 72 hours of set up: Full refund on total paid for the sign order.
• Sign Cancellation within 48 hours of set up: 50% refund on total paid for the sign order.
• Sign Cancellation within 24 hours of set up, double booking with another sign company, extreme weather conditions or Acts of God: No refund but credit for a future sign set up equal to the original sign order value.
Inventory Availability
• Even though we have a great selection of colors, graphics and letters, not all requested items or phrases may be available. Your sign however, will still be awesome.
Privacy Policy
• Yard Signs Ballantyne will never sell your email address to third parties.
•Yard Signs Ballantyne is allowed to contact you via phone, text or email to conduct business and advertising.
•Yard Signs Ballantyne will take pictures/videos of completed signs, and all images of signs are considered the property of Yard Signs Ballantyne and will be used in various advertising campaigns to promote Yard Signs Ballantyne, The Yard Sign Guy and Yardtist Media Designs.
